How to Reopen a Case#
This topic provides step-by-step instructions for reopening a case in TheHive.
Use this procedure to reopen a closed case and change its status so that it moves from the Closed stage to the In progress stage.
Required permissions
Only users with the manageCase/reopen permission can reopen a closed case in TheHive.
Procedure

Find the case you want to reopen.

In the case, select Reopen.

In the drawer, update the status for the case.

Select Confirm.
