How to Start a Task

This topic provides step-by-step instructions for starting a task in TheHive.

Use this procedure to indicate that you have started working on a task. This action automatically changes the task status to In progress.

Required permissions

Only users with the manageTask permission can manage tasks and task logs in TheHive.

Procedure

1. Locate the task you want to start.

2. In the task details, select .

   

3. Select Start.
